Terrible experience and not recommended. Do not send a deposit in advance.We had agreed an out call to London to my house in south London. I’ve been told on 3 separate occasions via text “really really sorry, it will be returned next week I promise” and such like.It started out with absolutely great comms and a warm and friendly intro call, Elven seemed utterly genuine and I had no concerns about doing a bank transfer has ended up being a truly unpleasant experience where I feel lured in, separated from my deposit and subsequently lied to about it’s promised return and finally utterly ignored over recent weeks. It’s come during a time of my own personal employment issues and the experience of being repeatedly ignored by Elven and the deposit not being returned has been personally incredibly stressful and upsetting.As much as it breaks my heart to write this negative review, it’s a totally accurate account and only fair to warn others not to make the same mistake.
